    This technique is also known as the Relaxing Breath Exercise. Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale forcefully through your mouth, making a whooshing sound, for a count of 8. Repeat this cycle for a few rounds.

    This practice involves breathing through one nostril at a time. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale through your left nostril. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release your thumb, and exhale through your right nostril. Repeat on the other side.
